who we are

totheparty.co.uk is a UK-based holiday deals comparison website. we are not a travel agent, tour operator, or ATOL holder — we do not sell, book, or process payment for any holiday. all bookings are made directly with the third-party provider linked from each deal, and their own terms and privacy policy apply to that booking.

what data we collect

if you sign up for deal alerts, we collect your email address. we do not currently require an account to browse the site, and we don't collect payment information, since we don't process any bookings ourselves.

if we add analytics tools in future, we may also collect standard technical data such as your approximate location (from IP address), browser type, device type, and pages visited — used only to understand how the site is used, never to identify you personally.

how we use your data

your email address is used to send you holiday deal alerts and related updates, via our email provider, Klaviyo. you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

we do not sell your data to third parties. we do not share your email address with the travel providers we link to — clicking a deal takes you to their site directly, and any data you share with them from that point is governed by their own privacy policy, not ours.

we process your email address on the basis of your consent, given when you sign up for deal alerts. you can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing. we may process limited technical/analytics data on the basis of legitimate interest, to understand and improve how the site performs.

we keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to deal alerts, or until you ask us to delete it. if you unsubscribe, your email is removed from our active marketing list.
